After 6 months of sending proof of payments and talking yo telesales as well as the lawyers they handed me over to credit bureau. They withdrew my case from the lawyers but still the amount is outstanding. I paid my account in full like i have done via cellphone banking since 2018. Suddenly after lockdown they 'haven't received any payments. I send bank statements and cellphone statements still nothing get done.
