Edgars are *****s

Edgars has been refusing to assist me close an account I have no knowledge of which was opened in 1987 and I was born in 1986 which would I was a year old when the account was active and it’s linked to my ID number. I only got my ID book done in 2002. Also this is impacting my credit score as it’s in arrears for over R700 reflecting as months of non payment.
