Edgars are ******!!! Bad Service!!! What in the Hell???? beyond ****ed!.

I paid up My Edgars account 3 years ago but it's still showing on my credit profile. I Have been asking for the paid-up letter but everyone keeps telling me they can't find my account. And then they have the audacity to tell me that My Account was sold to another company and that they closed. They cannot assist me. I will need to find that company and get them to assist me. ***????????????
