EDGARS ARE BECOMING THEIVES NOW

Hi , it seem like I need to complain on hellopeter for all my accounts .I waste hundreds of rands talking to customer service but no progress or no answer. This morning about I bought airtime via *134*20080# for the amount of 250 rands , Edgar's. Edgars charged me for it but I never receive the airtime .I called Edgar's numerous time , they transfer the call to blue label. I even asked the person who I was talking to from Edgar's if I could speak to a team leader or manager but they transfer me to another agent .I would like my payment reversed I don't need the airtime and don't wish to support Edgar's anymore there are lots of clothing stores besides Edgar's .very poor and illresponeable service .if Edgar's cannot sell airtime , they should not be a middle man .
