I had an item returned that was paid cash and did not opt to take any items at the time, so the teller gave me a Edgar's gift card to use later . I recently when to CNA to purchase items and they said there is no funds/Balance . I thought the CNA had an error and again today went to a different CNA and tried to buy items. The lady said i hav no funds , What ****en Bull**** ,I paid for a ZERO balance because edgars are trying to rob me from my hard working damn money , ***** this cheap , joke , Theft company. I want my money back ASAP . The teller confirmed , on the statement on the card it was not used , But no balance..
