Edgars & ARA Anthony, Richards & Ass - Poor pathetic service.

My Instalment on my end of February statement was R356.19. I paid on 6 February R400 but Edgards saw it fit to send my account to their attorneys (ARA Anthony, Richards & Ass for R6.24. The rude lady at this attorney firm said I need to call Edgars and ask why I was handed over. The payment is apparently due tomorrow 08 Feb, but my account is handed over. She wont take it upon herself and insist I need to pay the R6.24 before they send my account back to Edgars... Poor and pathetic service.
