Edgars appalling service

Before leaving the store, I decided to verify my till slip, I noticed I had been overcharged for one of the full priced items by R 20. Together with this, my cash points were not used to give me the further discount.<br> Now my frustration heightened, I went back to the cashier and indicated to her the issue, she corrected it and indicated she is waiting for her supervisor, which took too long. Alfred, the supervisor came along. I explained to him what happened and he corrected it and returned the monies due to me. While processing it and serving me as a customer, he began chatting to another cashier saying that he doesnt know whats going on today everything is so F**** up. He repeatedly swore in the conversation to the cashier while serving me. I kept quiet as I didnt see the point in raising my blood pressure anymore as i was already frustrated at the service received. The customer next to me heard this and approached him saying its unacceptable to hear him swear in store, he did not seem fazed but said okay, I left the store vowing not to shop there again.
