Edgars another one bites the dust in disgust!

I am frustrated and angry beyond words. I openend my account at Edgars in 1982. I have been a client sinse then. I pay a monthly fee of R89.00 not sure for what??? As i wanted to use the account yesterday just to be told that i dont excist. After i proofed to them that i do exist as i pay an account....i still couldnt putchase anything. They couldnt get my card....that seems to be the only way to transact according to staff at cradle stone mall , and their pathetic client service, to work. I was sent to Checkers to go and make a payment into an account at a store where i was standing in ?????? People dont wonder why you have a failing bussiness. Dont wonder why your company have a financial crisis the wsy you have!! You have no idea how to treat clients. Your staff are arrogant dont care ,illetrate ,useless ,untrained people that you leave in your stores. The poor things if they only knew that people like me pay their salaries and give them a means to feed their children. I guess they will find that the hard way. I will end my relationship with this company. An end to another once great store in SA. Close your doors Edgars. No salvage for you.
