Edgars and their useless staff

Officially Edgars staff is useless...how difficult is it to send a settlement letter. Now i am told to wait 30 days for a settlement letter...so you dont want my money now?? You want it in 30 days? So, why are your staff calling me and asking me when to pay when i need the settlement letter for a 3rd party as proof that i owe this amount in order to pay. Call me one more time, i will be rude and remind your staff where to get off!
