Edgars and RMCS

Used to be an Edgars account holder, but paid it off and cancelled the account 3months ago, and then now I have been ****** and they took my phone and purse, i wanted to do a sim swap and was told that my number is still under rmcs, i want to know what is Edgars doing to ensure that customers struggling with Rmcs are assisted with outmost importance, i don't see them helping yet they are the link between customers and RMCS
