Edgars and RCS ripping us off with unwarranted fees and interest

Edgars and RCS have messed up my account. I have had a 6 months no interest account for ages but now my account is full of charges. No one cares no one responds to all the complaints from many people about this issue, on this platform> I CANT WAIT TILL I CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT MINUS ALL THE UNWARRANTED INTEREST!! I have already cancelled all the cellphone policies!
