Edgar's and Rcs money theft

I paid off my account with Edgar's"last year September, sent them an email immediately requesting my account to be closed and got a respond from them saying they will follow up on it, since last year I called them so many times to see if my account is closed but every time am being told I have to wait for 30 working days as that 30 days ended they started adding interests because from January am receiving messages that I owe them and I should pay..
