Edgars and Norman Bisset are Useless

I paid my account that was written over by Edcon on 25th of October 2019.I've been calling both Edcon and Norman Bisset with regards to my account which has not been updated with Credit Bureaus. To my suprised Edgars closed my account before updating because I've been calling them since last week and every person I spoke to,could not find my details on the system. When I call Norman Bisset, they tell me they've escalated the matter back to Edgars because their duty was to make sure I paid and they further said it is edgars that was suppose to update with credit bureaus. Who do I call now if I don't get any assistance from both companies? You have this week to solve this matter. I am going to report you to Ombudsman!!! I'm tired of suffering for an account that I settled months ago. Useless!!!!!!
