Edgars and Kelso need to improve and listen to their customers

I bought a Kelso foundation on Saturday 2nd October 2019. I am not happy because the dispenser doesn't have the tube inside of it and this is an inconvenience because now I have to use my hand because the dispenser is not working. You spend so much money for a product and then this is happening. I live more than a hour drive from the nearest Edgars so this is unacceptable. This happened before as well.
