Edgars and Hollard Life insurance

This is my second time writing a review, did not get a response the first time

Hollard Life Insurance on my Edgars account

I have paid my Edgars in full on 17 August, but the Hollard Life insurance Premium AND service fee were charged on 8 September. I have phoned AND emailed them to ask why I was charged the premium and WHERE did I signed up for it. I was told it will be followed up, just to find out that I have been charged for this AGAIN in October. Edgars client service just revered me back to Hollard AGAIN!!!!!!! I need this premiums to be reversed and the service fees credited to my account!!!!!
