Edgars and Finrite - What a mess!

I am being given the runaround by edgars/finrite in relation to my insurance claim. Everyday i follow up on the claim and I am being given stories. I was told the insurance is cancelled due to the fact that i have not been using my edgars account. They later turned and said the insurance was cancelled due to the maximum number of claims. Yesterday i got confirmation that the insurance was cancelled in error by the system. Again yesterday they claimed to have received incomplete claim documents and that the store needs to resubmit. Today im being told that i did not agree to them back debiting me (which i fail to understand why) therefore they wont proceed with the claim.

At this point the level of service im getting sucks! Everyone seems to be confused as to what they are supposed to be doing exactly!
