Edgar's and Edcon ***** Theft and Disappointment

I have fallen victim to ***** committed against me by an edcon employee on my Edgar's account in terms of a subscription I had not requested but have been paying for. I reached out today for assistance and the consultant did the exact opposite to my request...I kindly request assistance from Edgar's and Edcon to rectify this matter.
