Edgars and Blackview

The worst experience ever.Ibought two Blackview tablets.Delivery was fast .When i opend the seald box one of the products had a defect underneith the screen....After 15 emails of picture and the famous ESCALATION excuse.They informed me that device wil now be piced up and i must wait SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS for feedback...i contacted Blackview themselfes and they were even less interested to help.....its been 2 weeks they never came to collect
