Edgars am disappointed 😞

I bought techno hi 2023 on the 31 of August 2023. Within the 2 days using the handset the battery doesn't last I mean it says 5000amh ,just last half of the day,and am not the person whose always on my phone. I called edgars jubilee mall where I purchased my phone was told by Bongani the store manager that they will take the phone for repairs I questioned him how come because as I knw ,the phone doesn't have physical damaged and was purchased with 7 days the customer is obligated for a refund or exchange,then he called again said on Sunday doesn't ask me if I will be available or not Sunday I need to bring the phone in for as*****t.

Will never ever purchase any handset from them ever.
