Edgars Alberton City

I sent my phone on for repairs on 13/06/2020 as the phone is still under guarantee and it was faulty

Phindile indicated that it will take 4 -6 weeks. Its been 8 weeks and no one had made contact. So i went back to edgars to follow up and phindile told me its not back yet... when i went to go and ask what progress was made and when i can expect to receive my phone back all I was told is that she will call them tomorrow and get back to me.... The funny part is that she did not note down any details so i don't know how she Will follow up if she doesnt have specific details to follow up on.

The service from this edgars is extremely distasteful.
