I came Into the store to follow up on the repairs on my phone as I was advised by Phindile and Her Manager Kingsley that It would be best if I am physically in store to do a follow up. (mind you I have been following up since June when i came to ) I was assisted to find out the shocking truth. My phone was never Logged in for repairs appropriately by Phindile Nyembe. My Phone was simply in storage and I had to log the claim myself telephonically with the consultant who was assisting me.

It is disgusting that I have been **** to for a number of months. I sent my phone in in June and it is only being Logged in October, I had to waste my time and energy physically coming into the store on numerous occasions only to be told to wait, all because your employee cannot be honest and simply do their Job.

I am not impressed at all with the level of service or how the matter was dealt with.
