Edgars airtime **** via rmcs or clearwater

I used to buy airtime via OTA since i had a edgars account. One day my number went off and I was told by MTN that my number is not under their services and that I have a contract with Altech. i had never signed any cellphone contract in my life. from then it was hell and it still is hell. I struggle to cancel this contract thing because RMCS or clear water or OTA hardly answer their calls , when you do go through they say they are logging the call, then they say theyve cancelled it but its still on... I cant close my edgars account because they say they have to close this one first but they somehow also struggle to get them and therefore my account remains open. I cannot do prepaid stuff on mtn or get any help from mtn because im not under their services and getting help from RMCS is a nightmare. It took me 2 weeks to do a simple sim swap in the midst of me trying to close this thing. I dont even know how this contract started and i want it to stop. Its been yeas
