Edgars airtime ****

Good day I complained and received a response that I would receive feedback in 48 hours, a week later, I am still waiting... All I received was an sms that the subscription was cancelled. It was cancelled the day I went into the branch, on 15 Jan??? Edgars, I had a contract with you, you cannot ask Checkers to bill stuff onto my account with you. I never received airtime nor subscribed to any such. I cannot just pay this to make myself happy so I can close my account with you. Imagine if you did this to 10000 people and 10000 people felt the same as me to perhaps just pay so I can get rid of this hassle. Its the principle of the matter, I DID NOT ask for this. I have been a victim of *****. I have called several times, the reply I get is that someone will call you today..........
