EDGARS affecting credit report for years and years now !!!!!

I have been struggling with edgars my account has been paid up 12 May 2019 it then got removed from my credit report June 2020 and added again Aug 2020 after disputing it several times ive gotten no reply and no help whatsover because of this I can not get any credit .

Ive spoken to Rcs no reply ive spoken to all edgars contact lines send numerous emails and no respond.

Edgars does not even find my account on there system but is still active on my credit report.

This is pathetic .

I don't know what to do
