Edgars

I have an account with Edgars the account was paid up, but a random stranger bought in Cape Town with my account. I did a dispute with Edgars but with no luck, I have gone back to the store to check how far the investigation is they explained some of the credit was paid off but not all of it they themselves do not understand why. I have made calls to Edgars call centre with no luck. they are threatening to hand over the account if I do not pay. But who must pay the account, I can not be liable for paying the balance.
