Edgars Active sold me a faulty phone

I bought the phone, 2 weeks later the phone becomes faulty, 3 weeks later the phone comes back, 3 weeks later the phone has another fault, sent it back were it was gone for another 3 weeks and come back, bear in mind every time the phone goes I am notified on the progress or it is back.
