Edgars active in Tygervalley - shocking service

On Friday, 17/09/15 I went to Edgars to look for converse shoes black size 6 for my daughters birthday. The sales consultant checked and advised me that they had a size 6 in the exact shoe that I was looking for - he also said that if I open an account I could get 50% off. He said that I only needed my ID. He was unaware of the amended nca rules and needed my bank statement. I told him I would email the statement to him when I got home. He said when he received it he would forward it. Saturday I went back to him and he said that he had not received the statement. I complained to the manager mbuyo. and he gave me another email address. I said I had to go all the way home again. About 10 minutes later he phoned to say that I mustn't worry to go home - he had found the statements. Then about 3 hours later I got a call to say my account was approved. I bought the size 6 converse shoes. My daughter was so happy to get her shoes for her birthday. So I thought all the effort had been worth it. Later when she tried it on - she found it was size 4 and not 6 ? How can a sales person get this wrong. I phoned the manager and he said he would look for a size 6 and call me - he did not bother
