EDGARS ACCOUNTS IS THE WORST!

I have paid up my account via EFT at the end of March. On the 04/06 I received a threatening SMS and immediately went to the closest store to enquire. The staff member checked the balance on the system, informed me of an additional amount which I was upset about but settled the account leaving my balance at Nil. Now, in September I received an sms but from attorneys MBD INC claiming that I have an outstanding amount of R97.00 as I have not paid my Edgars account. I spoke to Aubrey at the attorneys and he says that Edgars should have called them first to check what is outstanding. I am fuming as I paid what was due on Edgars system and now months later this!!!!! Thus, my credit profile is not improving due to inconsistency that is not my fault. I want this amount credited and I want my credit profile updated as of end March when this was settled!!!!!!!!!!!
