Edgars accounts dept is shockingly inefficient

After nit buying anything on my card they kept on charging me for a booklet I never received. They then threaten to report me to the credit bureau. no one ever contacted me to find out whether I had any problems with them. Trying to close your account is even more difficult. 30 min later still no success!!
