EDGARS accounts a nightmare

After sending numerous emails to cancel all insurance as well as account I continue to get a "Dear Customer" email and sms. I requested proof of purchuses loaded to my account - these have all been ignored. I wonder when the threatening phones will come. Poor Show Edgards , Poor show
