Edgars accounts

I need some assistance with an edgars account

It states my account is in arrears on my credit report.

When I contact Edgar's they cannot locate an account for me, I called NCS, RCS and edcon and somehow no one can locate my account.

How do I settle the balance if no one can tell me how much I owe and who to pay.

Never recieved a call or mail from any debt collector's.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.
