Edgars Account Statements

I sent the following email below to Edgars Accounts department requesting for my statements which I still have not received. There are certain things that is not making sense as to what is going on and why is it that I have no received any monthly statements for a while now. What my statements emailed to me urgently.

I need a statement as from all emails that I have received from Edgars I can’t pick up one statement from you. I require a statement that has a breakdown of my instalment including interest charged on my account. This is a requirement to see as why my balance is still high so that I can readjust the schedule payment going off my account.
