Edgars account skyrockets despite no purchases

When RcS took over Edgars, my account was zero. I only paid for policies each month. However my account keeps rocketing, now over R6000. When I phoned the call centre, they said it was the policies. Hoowever, those are paid for monthly. They sent me months of statements and said I must pinpoint where the problem is before they could investigate. The statements diid not go back far enough to the RCS take over. I have bought nothing from Edgars for years.
