Edgars account shenanigans

I have an Edgars for many years with 3 addon policies. This month when I received my statement, there are 4 extra policies added to my account without my permission. I called Edgars and the call was transferred to IUA. IUA says someone managed to *****ently added 4 more policies to my account and added an unknown cellphone number linked to my account. The *****ster signed up the extra policies at 2 different Edgars stores (Centurion and Wonder Park) and I have never been to those 2 Edgars stores before.

Luckily, the IUA agent has cancelled the *****ently added policies, but my ID number also has been tampered with at RCS as well, with an invalid ID number linked to my account.
