Edgar's account settlement letter

I need of a settlement letter, account was settled in 2019 already, this account reflects un paid and in arrears on my credit profile. i called on the 03 June 2021 at14.14 spoke to Wendy after struggling for decades to get through to them. she said i will get it with 24 hours, till this date i have not received anything. This account degrading my credit score.
