Edgar's account services

I am trying to settle my account , and I have been calling Edgar's since last year however they tell me my account is with the attorneys and they will call me within two days this been happening since last year eventually I gave up since no one contacts me and interest builds up all I asked for was an account number so I can pay up than they put me as a default payer which I wasn't aware of , finally I spoke to someone who listened to my issue and gave me a settlement letter I however paid R1000 and going to settle it in installments now I see that the settlement amount Skumbuzo gave me has suddenly increased I have been trying to call the call center again now luck no one can help me than I get cut off I send emails occasionally get responses so they what happens now I need this rectified I am willing to settle the amount Skumbuzo gave me and nothing more, sort this out I am so tired of the bad service I am receiving I also want a settlement letter once fully paid
