Edgars account resolvement issues

I urge Edgars to resolve my supposed account. I have asked numerous times, since early last year, that the account should be closed and as of yet it has not been resolved. The account is building an oustanding balance which runs only on interest from some or other policy/insurance which started with about R78 for which I did not agree to.

I have app**** for a home loan which have been declined because if this account. I urgently need you to resolve this issue and CLOSE the account. This is my last request, I am exhausted with this situation after having asked 100 times before. It is not fair to send me statements every month when every time I have asked to CLOSE the account.

Urgent action needs to be taken, and if not, the matter will be taken further.
