Edgars account protection policy

Due to the pandamic I have unfortunately been one of the south africans that have been retreached. Because I knew that i have an account protection policy I contacted Edgars and my query was attanded to by Sithembiso Khumalo who asked that i sent him a letter confirming that I was retreached which in my initial email i attached but i sent it again. I have been contacting him asking for a status on my query but I did not get any reply.

I have to say this has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
