EDGARS ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN CLAIM - POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I was retrenched in June, I had a insurance policy with Hollard to cover in my edgars/edcon account if retrenched. Hollard paid out to Edgars within a few weeks, Edgars acknowledged on their system (VISION) at the time that the money has come in from Hollard however they need to update it on their system at the head office. After 3 months and lengthy numerous visits to edgars I still keep getting the run around of this not reflecting. For the past months I have been paying for an installment and interest that should not have been there. Poor and pathetic service all round
