Edgars account payment

I have been in to edgars store Twice this month to try make a payment on my account but no ine can assist me. They keep saying my account isnt on the system and send me to jet to try there because jet is on the old system. I go to jet and they also cant find my account. Ive phoned *** ******All three those numbers just say they cant help and tel you to phone one of the other numbers out of the 3 I had a lady that gave me the banking details where I can pay to and use my card number as reference but she cant tell me how much I need to pay I have to guess. I havent received an sms or email telling me how much to pay. I do not want it to reflect on my credit report that I missed a payment but no one can assist me so I can make one.
