Edgars: Account no. ***

Wow!, poorest of the poor service. My account paid up to date date last year when I cancelled services on my account. However still being charged for services + interest. Received threatening phone calls from them to blacklist me. Various emails back & forth to them since last year. RCS apparently the main culprit because I have spoken to Edgars consultant who "confirmed their communication with RCS to action the instructions without success". Absolutely pathetic service
