Edgars account issue

Good day Kindly note that I did make a payment on my account on the 23.07.2021 using online banking fnb acc no:*** using the ***, but the Rcs sended me a latter of no payment. I did call Edgar and Rcs to assist me,both of them they did gave me the email address for me to send the proof of payment ,but their emails are not working. Please advise on what I should do.
