Edgars Account in arreas

I have never received statements from Edgars and now my account is in arrears. The amount I am owing does not make sense at all. on their USSD channel the machine mentions something else. I wonder what has happened to Edgars, I am going to cease my relations with them. Something is wrong there, This is not the Edgars I used to know
