Edgars Account *****

I paid off my Edgars account, and now someone is buying on my account. I getting statements for all these things. I went to my nearest store to find you what is happening with the account. They can't help me and can't even give me a number to dial. After checking on the internet I found a few number and tried all of them. Everyone just tells you to phone a different call center and no want seems to be able to assist.
