EDGARS ACCOUNT FAILURES DUE TO INADEQUACY AND INEFFICIENCY

For the last +/- 6 months I have had a serious problem with my Edgars account. I rarely use the account and mostly I use it for my funeral/death policy or on rare occasions when I need to buy necessities. I have spoken to their accounts people, and managers, none of whom have assisted me. Edgars have added a purchase or purchases to my account which I did not make. I have made numerous phone calls to them to correct this and get absolutely nowhere because their employees are either ***********, too lazy to find the problem which they created and correct, muddled up account numbers or just simply don't care. This is unacceptable. If I am forced to, I will be take this matter through a legal process where all costs will be for Edgars to pay.
