The beginning of March last year i went into Jet Lakeside Mall Benoni and asked to pay off my husbands account. the assistant swiped his card and requested five hundred and a few rand, which a paid from my Standard Bank debit card. around July last year, my husband started getting calls requesting payment. they would not supply us a dated statement or a copy of the so-called purchase. we have been handed over for collection, i have supp**** affidavits etc and at least 50 e-mails have been sent to no avail. NOBODY wants to assist us.
