Edgars Account

Good day

I would like to share my experience with Edgars.

My wife had an account with them and she asked me to pay and close the account off, which i did in February/march 2020, after that I got a settlement letter from Edgars. Beginning of this year 2021 I realized that the account was not closed it is still showing as active with the credit bureau I tried contacting them several times and asked them to close off the account as it is showing as active, every time I call them they are promising me that they have sent the request to the credit bureau, I even went to Edgars personally and they requested that i write an email which I did.

Please help its more than 12 months now and there is no change. i want this account to be closed
