EDGARS ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT : USELESS

After unaccountable e-mails regarding my account, I received no answer from Edgars. You ask them a reconciliation of your account and their answer by e-mail is explaining to you why there is interest on your account. I have asked them how many times now, to please explain to me why is there a budget amount on my account. I request the date of purchase and I want to know what was purchased and eho authorized the budget facility. Then I want to know why they NEVER allocate any amount of my installment to the budget account. That means that amount is accumulating interest upon interest upon interest. I don't know if what I asked is to difficult to understand! Forgive me. But it feels like I am dealing with a bunch of useless idiots that don't know what they are doing. Please help me.
