Edgar's account (complaint)

I went to edgars at festival mall Kempton park. I wanted to consult about my account because it was charging me fees I don't understand and I was paying my account in order. At counter refer me to customer service I met a lady with a ring called nthabiseng , it was on Thursday or Friday 06 November 2020 . I asked her about my account she said I maybe you joined clubs or insurance which I never joined. Then I ask her what is adding fees on my account she said I don't know, I asked her where I should go because here is at the right place to seek answers, she started giving me attitude ,I was angry and paid out my account and asked her to close my account ,she said she can't able to close I have to call head office. Please help me because I paid out my account but she said they will keep on charging, she was very rude in such a way that I hate Edgar's store because of her.
