Edgars Account - Complaint

Good day, RE: *** ACC HOLDER. Account was supposed to have been closed since November 2020. Went into The Glen Sat to find out a small amount was still to be pd for a subscription that was never, cancelled. Pd it and requested a pd up letter and account pending closure as they stated the closure takes 30 days. Until now after several calls and receiving even a ref# from Gill (***) this morning stating i would have the letter in 30 minutes and then another call on hold for 20 min for a team leader and left on hold and still nothing. I require a letter ASAP. Cell# ***and Email ***
